**Supply Facilitator**

- **12-month Fixed Term position**

A fantastic opportunity presents for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a **Supply Facilitator,** providing an exceptional level of service to all customers, in a 12-month Fixed Term position.

**You will be Responsible for**:

- Generate urgent purchase orders for our customers to ensure that we meet customer expectations
- Expediting and receipting of drop shipment purchase orders within set SLA
- Engage with vendors to ensure best performance (ie. DIFOT and overdue PO) by having a proactive approach in fixing issues at the root cause and initiate the fix on a national level.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards
- Liaise with internal customer to progress actions required to reduce overdue purchase orders.

**Important to Your Success**:

- Previous experience in customer service, planning or purchasing
- Thorough understanding of purchase orders and the customer fulfilment process
- Customer focussed attitude with a customer first mentality
- Knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
