Learning & Facilitation Specialist

You will be part of the Learning and Development function, and partner across Banking and Financial Services (BFS) with leaders and their teams. This role will involve:

- Co-designing learning and capability solutions with stakeholders to align to strategy and support performance of our teams
- Bringing your thought leader in the areas of leadership and team development and effective approaches and experience in facilitation to the design of high impact learning solutions
- Curation of content to support new and existing programs
- Maintaining and continually evolving existing solutions
- Facilitating a variety of solutions and setting the standard for high quality learning experiences
- Supporting our people to be amazing facilitators in person and virtually
- Contributing to the evaluation of the value, effectiveness and impact of programs and making recommendations for continuous enhancements
- Facilitation of programs that support Client Experience, Employee Experience, leadership and coaching, team development and debriefing profiling tools (e.g. Gallup, LSI, DISC etc)
- Liaison with SMEs, reporting on program metrics, continuous improvement, and ongoing design & iteration of content

What will you bring to the role?

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience is required and accreditation in profiling tools (such as DISC, Myers-Briggs, Gallup, SHL suite etc.) is desired.

Your ability to design impactful learning content will be a skill you have developed in your career to date. You are knowledgeable of leadership concepts, best practices for teams and research relating to supporting learning.

The role will help us to drive outcomes and set the standard for great facilitation across Banking and Financial Services with amazing in-person and virtual delivery. You will drive a world class facilitator program and be responsible to educate and support our people to. In addition to new learning solutions, you will evaluate, and measure learning experiences, and gather feedback. Proactively adjust current solutions to meet employee performance needs and in line with industry best practice and trends.

You should be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and coordinate a high volume of tasks concurrently. You’re confident in your ability to develop relationships at all levels and present in front of large groups, are highly collaborative, assertive when required and a natural problem solver.
