**Finance Business Partner - Supply & Productivity**
- As a Finance Business Partner - Supply & Productivity, you will act as a partner to the Commercial and Supply businesses. The purpose of this role is to support the Supply Finance business in Health ANZ, providing quality, interactive and proactive financial insight to the business to facilitate strategic decision making on both day to day and on long term supply issues and lead the Productivity agenda within ANZ business.
- Key responsibilities:
- Drive financial management of the Supply Chain,
- Inventory Management across Australia and New Zealand
- Lead ANZ financial review of Write offs and Provisions
- Partner with the logistics team to Deep Dive into Warehousing spend
- Support the Planning Cycle (Annual Budget and Forecasts)
- Ensure that processes and controls within the Supply Chain Finance team are followed and improved
- Play a key leadership role within our Productvity team
- Lead presentations to global leaders in our business
- Support ANZ financial review of Inventory, Warehousing & SLOB Provisions
- Lead the Productivity agenda within ANZ business
- Work closely with key leadership to ensure that the Supply finance team is providing meaningful and accurate reporting.
- Key requirements:
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Experience working within Supply is essential, FMCG experience very attractive
- Excellent written and communication skills, building strong cross functional relationships is something you enjoy.
- You are confident in challenging the status quo and can influence and manage challenging conversations with Senior Stakeholders.
- Confident self-starter who has great business acumen with an analytical mindset.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
