Joining the business as the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for process excellence, analytic and decision support, outsourcing/insourcing, BVC sourcing, ability to deliver cost savings and avoid cost increases at a total cost of ownership level.

**Position**: Supply Chain Manager

**Salary**:100K +

You as the successful applicant will join our team and liaise with Operations and Finance on a snapshot of some of the duties in your schedule;
**General Job Description;**
- Development and Implementation of material cost reduction strategies and programs in line with financial objectives.
- Primary product focus on metals, castings, and critical outsourced completed components, for both domestic and international suppliers.
- Effectively manage buyers' responsibilities, including requests for quotations, inventory levels, and on-time deliveries.
- MRP System maintenance, Supplier relationship management.
- Develop and implement appropriate metrics to measure supplier and department performance.
- Supplier management includes contract negotiation, performing research and selection, to enhance revenue and reduce operational cost.

**What you will bring to the table;**
- Exceptional, above and beyond negotiation expertise.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Ability to facilitate multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Extensive experience working with T&Cs and LTA's.
- Keen and active mind around seeking and analysis around pricing.
- Team player and an excellent communicator.
- Experience in planning and resourcing is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Purchasing is advantageous.
