We are seeking for a highly skilled & experienced Supply Chain Consultant to join our supply chain & logistics consulting team in Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Facilitate engagement workshops to foster collaboration, communication, and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Identify and define supply chain improvement initiatives by conducting thorough assessments and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead the execution of supply chain and logistics improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
Guide project owners and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance, support, and expertise.
Conduct process mapping and data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within warehousing and transportation operations.
Design process flows and value stream maps to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain processes.
Lead on-the-job training sessions for operational teams to enhance their skills and align their performance with agreed goals.
Provide support to the leadership team across operations, training, and the deployment of new processes to drive organizational excellence.
Prepare improvement recommendations reports for management and board approval, outlining actionable strategies and expected outcomes.
Ensure the creation, organization, and execution of key performance indicators (KPIs), orientation guides, operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implementation plans.

**Experience & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading supply chain improvement initiatives and executing logistics projects.
In-depth knowledge of warehousing and transportation processes, along with experience in implementing process improvements.
Familiarity with process flow design, value stream mapping, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and deliver engaging presentations.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
