**The Business**
Genus Infrastructure (NSW) Pty Ltd is part of GenusPlus Group, a rapidly growing ASX listed company. GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) offers integrated multidisciplinary capabilities specialising in both electrical and instrumentation (E&I), mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation.

**The Role**
Due to continuous growth, we are now seeking an outgoing and driven **Fleet Manager**to join our team in Preston, **Sydney, NSW.** The position involves assisting with coordinating and carrying out the day-to-day administrative tasks within fleet, contract, and supplier management.

Reporting to the Fleet & Construction Managers, the primary responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and tracking all fleet and maintenance work and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintenance of personnel records, training, and registers.
- Liaising with Managers across all Genus entities including sourcing information on site-specific requirements for personnel, vehicles, plant, and machinery.
- Assist with purchasing requirements.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literature
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Current HR Drivers Licence
- High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate level Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.
