- $101,000 Potential Package ($85,814 Base + Salary Packaging)

We are looking for an experienced fleet manager to run a fleet of 300 transport, pool and packaged vehicles. At their disposal is a modern GPS managed fleet, shifting to HV and EV. The fleet is managed using a Fleet Management and Poolcar Booking System. The role reports into the Finance team with one direct report.

You will ensure Northcott customers and employees have access to fit-for-purpose, safe, clean and reliable assets. Moreover, you will strive to minimise vehicle down-time and manage business continuity.

You will actively seek cost saving/revenue efficiency measures while being able to support, implement and achieve strategic and executive business initiatives.

Skills and experience include but are not limited to:

- 3+ years within a Fleet Management/Fleet Operations role
- Broad exposure in end to end purchasing of fleet assets within the disability sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven leadership, guidance and support capabilities
- Emphasis and understanding of safe work practices
- A positive and proactive approach
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
