SIXT Australia is seeking a **Full Time Fleet Sales Manager.**

**Your Opportunity**:
The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for the defleeting of SIXT Australia fleet nationally, to deliver and exceed set business targets. This role contributes to reducing the total cost of ownership and assists the National Fleet Manager in optimizing the total fleet size to meet customer demand. You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing vehicle inventory and managing vehicle disposals nationally.
- Working with the National Fleet Manager, Commercial Fleet Manager and Finance Team to develop the annual Fleet Plan.
- Conduct quarterly RV reviews.
- Working with the wider team to identify areas of improvement for operational efficiency and ways to maximize asset value.
- Establishing relationships with wholesale and auction personnel, scheduling sale and auction dates and volumes, analysing sale performance, and managing issues with auctions and other vendors.
- Reporting and monitoring KPIs to ensure your efforts are increasing sales and profits.
- Coordinating transport for end of lease/buy-back vehicles.
- Channel of sale analysis and management.
- Monitoring and reporting on market trends in the used vehicle market.
- Providing monthly analysis and commentary on vehicle sales performance.
- Managing end of lease/buy-back process and associated charges.
- Assisting with payouts for damaged and early return lease vehicles.
- Requesting all related invoices for sale vehicles.
- Managing the PPSR register.
- Spare key and log book management.
- Providing direction to the Fleet Administration Assistants and Operation Managers ensuring all vehicle sales administration is completed to a high level.
- Assist with general fleet administration as required.

**About you***:

- Knowledge of and experience within the used car market.
- Good understanding of different motor vehicle makes, models, and variants as well as identifying current and forecasting future market values.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Process driven, analytical and methodical.
- Ability to identify and deliver continuous improvement.
- Ability to deal with and manage outside providers to achieve organisational objectives.
- Ability to demonstrate the SIXT Australia core values.
