**The Role**

The **Fleet and Asset Manager **will liaise with the Management and Service Team to control the Fleet and Asset register to ensure the business is saving costs associated with our fleet.

This role is based in **Sydney, NSW **.
- Drive the continuous improvement of Fleet processes and procedures across the Self Perform business;
- Report monthly on Fleet Scheduled Maintenance activities, escalating accordingly.
- Foster and Develop Supplier relationship and identify and pursue cost saving opportunities.
- Manage all fleet reporting.
- Provide guidance on disposals, underutilised fleet and all assets/fleet at their end of life, to the Operations team.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a Fleet / Asset management role.
- Strong background in Fleet Control, Asset Management, Forecasting, Utilisation.
- The ability to understand, analyse, interpret and report on fleet and asset data.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and deal effectively with people at varying levels within own and client organisation.
- Leasing and Vendor Management.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
