Retail Settlements Officer

**Job Description**:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Complete retail finance settlements in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure that all aspects of the loan documentation comply with internal policies and conditions, along with legislative requirements
Ensure that all receivables resulting from the loan settlement can be efficiently collectable

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Retail Settlements**
- Ensure loan agreements are complete, unaltered and appropriately executed
- Ensure all approval and settlement conditions have been met
- Ensure that all anomalies are identified and rectified
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders where errors and omissions are noted so that they are promptly handled. Ensure all errors and omissions are addressed to minimize duplication of touch time and maximize first time solutions
- Verify PPSR status on assets to confirm that security can be taken that is free from encumbrance
- Disburse funds correctly

**General**
- General adherence to all applicable Policy and Procedure issued by the business
- Work closely with other CNH Industrial Capital teams, brands and functions as required to ensure high quality, customer focused service delivery
- Provide timely and accurate reporting
- Ensure operational compliance with legal and compliance obligations
- Undertake tasks as set out by Management from time to time

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Settlements role within the Financial services industry (preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Regulatory requirements (preferred)
- Ability to clearly articulate and communicate problems and to provide uncomplicated solutions
- High energy, enthusiastic and motivated.
- Assertive and comfortable under pressure while meeting deadlines and still producing high quality and consistent results.
- Language Requirement(s): English
