**Who we’re looking for**:
The role of the Settlements officer is to:

- check, prepare and submit requests to financiers for approval & settlement
- ensure tasks are completed in full compliance with company policies, financier guidelines & regulatory requirements
- ensure priority security interests are lodged against funded assets
- ensure accurate data input & maintenance in fleet management and accounting systems
- collaborate and maintain a cohesive working relationship with financiers & internal stakeholders

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensure all settlements are compliant with credit policies, approval conditions & guidelines
- Ensure all legal documents are executed correctly & compliant with set policies & guidelines
- Ensure all settlements are prepared & submitted within set timelines
- Ensure PPSRs are correctly registered and removed at termination in a timely manner
- Proper management of legal document archiving and storing process
- Manage and prioritise settlement workflows within set timeframes
- Contribute to process improvement
- Contribute to external audit process when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience in Leasing Finance, in either Automotive Fleet Leasing or Asset Finance in a Financial institution
- Familiar with leasing products such as Novated Lease, Operating Lease, and CHP contracts
- Have exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet targets
- Intermediate to advanced capability of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
