We’re looking for a **Training & Onboarding Coordinator** with **proven experience in retail** to lead the way in delivering powerful, consistent, and inspiring onboarding experiences for our in-store teams. If you're passionate about people, know the fast-paced world of retail inside out, and love the idea of helping others succeed, this role could be the perfect fit.

**Why This Role Is Different**

This isn’t your typical behind-the-scenes role You’ll be out in stores, meeting new team members, and making their first days memorable. You’ll travel (mostly by plane) across QLD, VIC and SA to support onboarding and training face-to-face, while also getting hands-on in-store, so being able to lift up to 20kg is part of the job. But it’s not all movement. Your office or work-from-home days are just as important, giving you space to plan, create, and refine impactful training programs that shape real retail success.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Onboarding That Makes an Impact**
- Lead the onboarding journey for new starters across our store network, setting them up for success from day one
- Be their go-to person, guiding them through early training, systems, policies, and company culture
- Coordinate inductions, materials, checklists, and timelines with precision

**Retail-Focused Training**
- Deliver in-store and online training covering everything from systems to sales and service
- Create learning content that’s engaging, practical, and relevant to the retail environment
- Work closely with Store, States Managers, and Support team to identify and address skills gaps
- Monitor participation and outcomes to improve future sessions

**Collaboration & Mobility**
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure consistent onboarding and training experiences
- **Travel across Greater Sydney and interstate (sometimes at short notice)** to deliver face-to-face training and support in-store
- Stay agile and hands-on, this is a highly mobile and people-driven role

**What You’ll Bring to the Table**
- **Retail experience is a must Y** ou know what great customer experiences look like on the shop floor
- A background in onboarding, training, or L&D (especially in retail or similar environments)
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a passion for helping others grow
- Highly organised with an eye for detail, especially when managing checklists and learning tools
- Confidence using Microsoft Office; LMS or digital learning tools are a plus
- A flexible, can-do attitude You’re happy to jump in wherever needed and travel or by car often
