**The Role**

A Transport Coordinator position has become available at our Wetherill Park location, a specialist in solvent distribution and specialty chemical solutions. Tyre shine, disinfectants, nail polish remover, paints and coatings are just a few of the consumer goods our raw chemicals help make.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and flexible Transport Coordinator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis and help get our products onto trucks and into production lines.

To excel in this role, you will need to have good knowledge of the road freight industry, a strong customer service focus and attention to detail.

**The Position**
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM
- Organising & writing consignment notes
- Arranging local, regional and interstate deliveries and run sheets
- Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
- Customer service and data entry
- Releasing forward orders
- Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries
- Relief in nominating shipments.
- Answering sales/marketing queries and requests
- General administrative and filing duties for the Logistics department

**About you**
- Exceptional time management and communication skills; verbal and written.
- Previous experience in Warehouse/Logistics administration, Customer Service, or an office support role. There you have experienced liaising with a variety of people including customers, transport/shipping companies and across teams/functions.
- Cert I-IV in Logistics/Warehouse Operations desirable
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
- Flexible and possess the ability to think on your feet.
