Due to ongoing growth, we have a vacancy for a Transport Coordinator to join our logistics team in Wetherill Park 2164 NSW.

The primary objective of the Transport Coordinator is to coordinate all international and domestic project based transport and associated compliance activities, ensuring all transport activities are carried out within the relevant legal framework.
- The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)_
- Assess, plan and coordinate project based transport requirements
- Ensure that correct customs tariff codes are applied for all imports and exports.
- Develop and implement an appropriate process for freight auditing.
- Coordinate ad hoc unplanned urgent transport operations as required.
- Processing all transport and storage invoices.
- Liaise with sales, warehouse operations, export team, procurement team and project team as required
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Distribution will be highly regarded, but non-essential.
- At least 2-3+ years’ experience in a prior similar role.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to adhere to strict timeframes and deadlines.
- A positive attitude be self-motivated and passionate.
- Have a strong working knowledge of transport compliance such as Chain of Responsibility (COR), customs and domestic and international freight movement.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Understanding of SAP and Power BI Systems (High desirable, but non-essential)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, particularly with Excel.
