Reporting to the Country Manager, your new role will require you to run and oversee the day-to-day operations of our administration office in Sydney while supporting the wider team, which includes departments such as Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for overseeing the general day-to-day operations of the office.
- Bookkeeping and assisting the Finance and Accounting team.
- Assisting with the recruitment process and other Human Resources tasks.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
- Special project duties as assigned by the Country Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Willing to learn and grow.
- Business, Administration or Finance qualification is a plus.
- Previous corporate administrative experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, focused, and proactive. Gets the job done.
