**GRADUATE - MARKETING COORDINATOR & CUSTOMER SERVICE**

As part of a sustained growth phase, we are looking for a Graduate - Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator to advance their career in all facets of the customer service experience.

You must be a customer service focussed individual who is self-driven, organised, creative and proactive. Someone who is also solutions orientated and has a flexible approach.

Your customer service duties will include:

- Provide advice and recommendations on all products and services.
- Book appointments for sales consultants.
- Assist with all customer transactions and scheduling.

Assisting the Marketing team, your duties will include:

- Content creation, scheduling of EDMs and customer surveys.
- Collation of brochures and scheduling of updates as required.
- Assist with events/home shows.
- Other marketing administration such as maintaining CRM and marketing files.

The office and showroom is located in Mascot.
