A full time accounts officer role is available in our busy air conditioning company located at Rocklea. This is a full time permanent role that has become available due to movement within the team.

This role works along side the Sales and Warehousing departments and will report directly to senior management. The role performs a variety of duties, including:

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Accurate coding of invoices
- General administration duties, including ordering stationery and organising uniforms
- Liaising with suppliers on invoicing matters
- Liaising with customers and provide solutions to their queries, whether verbal or written
- Raising customer invoices
- Processing and checking purchase orders against supplier invoices
- Co-ordinating documentation for job bookings, including purchase orders or quotes
- Booking in jobs and keeping the booking diary up to date
- General reception
- Filing and archiving
- Managing supplier and customer databases, ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Assist with debt collection
- End of month activities, including assisting with reconciliations
- Assist with weekly payroll and monthly superannuation

Skills and Experience
- Prior accounts experience in either accounts payable, receivable or both
- Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
- Solid interpersonal skills to develop business relationships with team members and key stakeholders
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to negotiate positive outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to embrace change as we grow and their career moves forward
- Current drivers license

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
