**Your role**:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager to join our Fosroc team, servicing Tier 1 & 2 builders and civil construction projects across South East Queensland. Based in Rocklea, this high-impact role will see you manage key accounts, drive growth, and support customers with expert product knowledge across the Fosroc range. You’ll be instrumental in strengthening relationships with both established and prospective clients, focusing on delivering tailored solutions and driving project outcomes.
This is more than just a sales role - it’s an opportunity to build a career with one of Australia’s leading brands. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider QLD sales team, leveraging leads, tracking projects via CRM, and negotiating contracts to ensure both customer satisfaction and commercial success. With a strong support network and ongoing training, you’ll be set up to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow key Tier 1 & 2 builder and civil construction accounts across SEQ
- Use CRM systems daily to manage sales calls, leads, and project tracking
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
- Negotiate project and contract terms to ensure win-win outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the QLD sales team to meet monthly sales targets and yearly KPIs

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience managing accounts and driving growth in building or construction markets
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close deals and manage sales pipelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- IT savvy - confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A self-motivated team player with a passion for customer success and long-term relationships
