Our client is a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation providing apprentice and trainee services to the Electrotechnology and Renewable energy sectors. As their business continues to grow, we have an opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join their positive and supportive office team based in Pinkenba.

**ACCOUNTS OFFICER**

In this role, you will be working closely with the finance team to assist with the following duties:

- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivables duties utilising Arrow and MYOB
- Record and reconcile payments made
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Processing of fortnightly payroll
- Attending to accounts administration tasks and supporting the CFO where required

**THE CANDIDATE**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer who has a high attention to detail. In addition to this, you will possess:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in a similar accounts role
- Understanding of account programs - MYOB and Arrow preferred
- A team player who will bring a positive energy to the office
