We are currently seeking reliable, high-energy Individuals who hold a passion for customer service for an opportunity to join our friendly Customer Service Centre based in Brisbane.

As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the growth and development of Hanson’s brand and relationships with existing national customers, by Identifying opportunities to improve/sell the Hanson Brand as well as provide exceptional service offerings within your territory.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Effectively maintain a pipeline of further business activity from existing customers
- Formulate, develop and coordinate the delivery of account plans for existing and potential customers that achieve mutual business outcomes
- Generate new business customers through outbound calls
- Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries, manage and monitor orders
