**Inside Sales Representative**

**Company**
Our client is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that digitise, automate, and connect the go-to-market process of consumer goods. With their Australian Head office based in Melbourne, they are now looking for a high-energy, focused, and driven Inside Sales Executive.

**Role**
This role will involve selling small-value software products and services (Maintenance Contracts & Software Support Contracts) over the phone to prospective & existing customers within your designated geography. The focus lies in the establishment of excellent client relationships and the ability to continuously build up the sales funnel and engage these customers, with the ultimate objective of closing sales.

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Account Managers and General Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Providing customer support on a National level
- Renewing customer contracts
- Calling new and existing customers to talk about products
- Providing quotes
- Following up on leads and updating the CRM

**About you**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or inside sales within a B2B environment preferably in a packaging or printing environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in selling maintenance contracts and software support contracts is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Well-developed telephone sales with strong negotiation skills.
