About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven, performance orientated Inside Sales Representative to join the strongest sales team in the industry. In our modern Melbourne CBD office, you will enjoy state of the art software and facilities and a tight knit culture. This full-time role is perfect for a sales professional eager to excel in a high-performance environment, assisting in converting thousands of monthly warm inbound leads into successful deals and nurturing client relationships. At Aussie Buckets, we provide industry-leading systems and product training to ensure you're set up for success from day one, regardless of prior industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads into sales through an end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales primarily through outbound calls, while also responding to inbound inquiries and online leads.
- Apply advanced sales techniques and strategies to qualify leads effectively and maximize conversion rates.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and professional telephone etiquette.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the team's overall success.
Preferable Skills/Experience
- Previous experience using HubSpot CRM > 1 year.
- Demonstrable success in a 1-to-6 call sales cycle, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing medium-term sales cycles with a track record of closing deals.
- Prior experience as a telephone sales consultant or in a similar inside sales role is highly desirable.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer or tangible product sales (e.g., manufacturing or industrial products) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
