We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Assessing Coordinator** to join our team, helping to manage the assessing workflow and providing exceptional support to our Assessors, Repairers, Tow Providers, and Customers.

**Objective of the Role**:
The Assessing Coordinator is responsible for managing the assessing workflow post-lodgement through to repair, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, providing customers with peace of mind during the claims process, and supporting assessors, repairers, and tow providers along the way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Obsession**: Provide professional and brilliant service to customers, assessors, repairers, and stakeholders, delivering peace of mind through every interaction.
- **Effective Assessing Workflow**: Coordinate assessments and manage bookings, working closely with customers, tow providers, and repairers. Allocate assessments based on complexity, customer needs, and expertise.
- **Proactive Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as required, and ensuring compliance with policies, privacy standards, and legal requirements.
- **Team Contribution**: Share insights, process improvements, and support peers to ensure a positive and safe working environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in customer service roles (mandatory), with knowledge of the general insurance industry or claims preferred.
- **Skills & Competencies**: Strong customer service orientation, ability to build trusted relationships, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- **Proactive Mindset**: Ability to identify risks, mitigate issues, and take ownership of personal learning and development.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with general insurance principles, privacy regulations, and compliance standards is highly desirable.
