**Lead the Future of Queensland's Petroleum and Gas Sector

Join the Queensland Petroleum Assessment Hub and take on a leadership role in the assessment of Petroleum and Gas tenure. This is a unique opportunity to shape the industry, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure sustainable resource management aligns with government priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clear leadership and operational direction to a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring efficiency and compliance in tenure administration.
- Deliver cost-effective, high-quality tenure management services aligned with the Department's strategic direction.
- Offer high-level strategic advice to government agencies, stakeholders, and industry representatives regarding petroleum and gas exploration and production.
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance service delivery and streamline tenure assessments.
- Represent the department in consultations, negotiations, and industry forums, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Consult with government bodies and legal representatives to coordinate responses and recommend appropriate actions.
- Mentor and support staff, promoting professional development, innovation, and ethical leadership.
- Manage key projects and provide submissions, briefs, and reports to executive management on policy and legislative developments.
