Seeking your next Human Resources Generalist opportunity? Showcase your knowledge with this not-for profit organisation who are looking for a HR Administrator/Generalist to immediately join their expanding team on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Manager of Strategy & Partnerships and working closely with the broader Human Resources Management team, the HR Administrator/Generalist is responsible for, but not limited to the below.
- Diary management for the Manager Strategy and Partnerships
- Assisting with the coordination & regulation of HR policies and procedures
- Reviewing and formatting draft documentation and data entry for payroll.
- Assisting with the updating of position descriptions - ensure use of correct templates, formatting, consistency of language etc.
- Maintaining a cohesive and efficient database

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and personal confidence in accountability to deliver membership to the Management Team and Peers. Additionally, your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through leadership initiatives and influential decision making will ensure credibility is firmly established.
