**The Company**
Our client is a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets within excess of 1,500 employees across Australia. They are looking for an experienced outbound customer service representative to join their After-Sales Department.

**The Role**
As an
**Inbound Customer Service Representative** your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Making service bookings with existing customers
- Managing phone queries
- Maintaining retention rates
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 5:30pm (37.5 hour work week), every few weeks you may have to work a Saturdays - WFH 2 days once trained
- **Location**: McLachlan Street, Fortitude Valley, 4006
- **Salary**: $56,100 + Superannuation

**You**
As a successful Inbound Customer Service representative, you will offer:

- **2+ Years in customer service experience (call center/office experience required)**:

- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a repetitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
