**Who We Are Looking For**:
To carry out duties effectively as required and as directed in all areas of customer service maintaining the professional standards at all times.
- To provide parts support to Sparex Australia dealer network and retail store sector.
- Location: Australia - Sunshine West
- Act as a focal point for all parts enquiries and follow up with dealers and company personnel as required.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out according to procedures.
- Solicit and secure dealer’s parts orders with a view of achieving or exceeding the Company’s parts sales budgets.
**What You Will Do**:
- Dealing with customers professionally and courteously.
- Accuracy and Punctuality in all aspects of Customer Services work.
- Assisting and co-operating with co-workers.
- Compliance with Safe Working Practices.
- Informing your Manager of any non-conformance.
- Provide customer service for counter, phone, and web orders for sales of spare parts and agricultural equipment.
- Raising appropriate paperwork and processing orders.
- Complete customer service including sales calls, sales related tasks, technical enquiries and referrals.
- Execution of any agreed Customer Relationship Management strategy.
- Warehousing and general housekeeping duties as required.
- Positively commit to and undertake any agreed Training program.
- Ensure use of Company equipment effectively and efficiently, and within regulation.
- Comply with all Company rules, including those regarding Health and Safety.
- Any other reasonable duties as directed by your Manager.
- Provide technical information, technical literature, parts interpretation & efficient services to the customer base.
- Proactively contributes to the Sparex CRM strategy by enhancing customer relationships, customer experience and promoting marketing initiatives
- Training & Development of customers knowledge of products and e-commerce site.
- Business procedures
**A Plus If You Have**:
- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry and/or hand tools business or in a parts distribution business preferred but not required.
- Sound computing skills in a MRP & Windows based environment.
