**_Duties Include_**
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Typing orders
- Attending to customer enquiries and sales both in person and over the phone
- Making outbound sales calls
- Data entry
- General office and administrative tasks
- Schedule deliveries
- Reception attendance
- Online Marketing / social media
- Excellent and demonstrated customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Sound Microsoft Office and computing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Experience in the foodservice arena would be viewed advantageously.
- Ability to come up with fresh digital marketing ideas and understand the latest marketing trends

If you are well organised, self motivated, friendly, have a willingness to learn and are a team player then this position is for you.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- inbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
