The successful applicant will be accustomed to a fast paced and dynamic environment and will have a high level of attention to detail. This role is heavily administrative focused and requires an individual that is motivated, forward-thinking and can take initiative. **Responsibilities** Playing a key support role within the business, you will be responsible for the management and continual improvement of data integrity. The role will include but not be limited to: - Data management - Inbound & outbound calls to wider teams - Continuously improve and update database - Review documentation to ensure accurate information - Respond to queries from fellow employees and provide administrative support to the team as necessary - Other ad hoc administration tasks as required **Skills / Experience** - Demonstrated experience with databases - Advanced experience in MS Office suite, Excel desired - Very high attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work within a high volume environment - Discretion in relation to confidential information - Good written communication skills *** **About the client** A unique opportunity has become available for a passionate Customer Service Administrator to join an established, and highly esteemed business, located in Sunshine.
