**CFI Australia Pty Ltd** is a strong and well-established entity of Cornell Corporation. **CFI Australia Pty Ltd** is proud to be doing its part in reducing environmental wastage by being the only authorised supplier of Denso remanufactured injectors with a team of technicians that have been specially trained to properly calibrate and remanufacture Denso injectors.

To support this program and many others CFI Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an Administration/Customer Service individual who has (preferably) an understanding of spare parts in the automotive industry.

**SUMMARY**:
You will be responsible for customer service, administration, and warranty. The main focus is to look after customer orders and invoices as part of the daily processes. Also liaises with suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries with freight companies.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO**:
Facilitate over the phone with inquiries and sales

Greet customers/visitors in a professional and positive manner

Office administrative duties, filing and issuing sales reports

Raise purchase orders

Invoicing functions into SAP for both suppliers and customers

Liaising with distributors, parts ordering, and distribution of stock

Processing/Shipping daily orders

Attending to incoming/outgoing goods

Good time management skills and attention to detail

Liaise with management and other internal staff

Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved

Picking and packing parts

Processing part returns/credits

**KPI RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Customer needs and follow-ups

Receiving of goods and services

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Written and verbal communication of a high standard and being able to communicate concepts and ideas

Must have strong ethical values and strong character with self-discipline

Must respect your superiors, subordinates, and all other stakeholders

Must be able to deal with customer complaints and respect all customer rights to complain

Demonstrate good time management skills and attention to detail

Must identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Neat and tidy appearance

Microsoft Office

SAP (preferred but not essential)

Parts interpreting (preferred by not essential)

Relevant experience
