**We are looking for a Payroll Manager to join our Finance Team based in our Fabulous new office in South Yarra, Melbourne.**

We have been in operation for over 20 years and pride ourselves on providing premium fun dining experiences to the thousands of guests that visit each year. We also do our best to ensure that our staff stand out from the rest, are enthusiastic and have the ability and passion to consistently exceed our customer expectation

**The Role**
Based in our Head Office in Melbourne, this is a wonderful opportunity for an up-and-coming payroll professional to join our friendly and sociable Finance Team. This position partners closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief HR Manager with responsibility for all facets of payroll processing, reporting and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform end to end payroll in a timely & efficient manner
- Manage and perform Superannuation, Workers Compensation and Tax calculations
- Interpret complex Awards accurately
- Undertake terminations & redundancies
- Communicate with various stakeholders within the organisation
- Manage all payroll related queries and monitor the payroll query inbox
- Additional duties as assigned by the CFO.

**Your Profile**
- 5+ years payroll experience
- Exposure to both Australian and New Zealand payroll environments
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make suggestions for improvement
- Previous experience with Sage MicroPay would be advantageous
- Self-motivated and proactive - a person who takes the initiative
- Prior experience in payroll projects/implementation is desirable
