**About this role**:
We're looking for an Assistant Accounts Manager to join our tight knit Finance team at our Support Office in Richmond. Reporting to our Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for owning the accounts’ receivable function, daily & monthly bank reconciliations & assisting the accounts payable team.

**Sound good? Here's some of the things you'll manage**
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations including follow up of missing sales receipts and cash, credit card and delivery partner receipts for 130+ retail locations.
- Managing invoicing and the accounts receivable function from end to end, including reporting for Franchising and small company debtor’s ledger.
- Managing the accounts receivable inbox
- Support Accounts Team month end processes, including expense reallocations, credit card submissions and maintaining float accounts.
- Support our Accounts Payable Team, checking weekly payment runs, validating bank accounts and query escalation.

**What we’re looking for**:

- You’ve worked in both AP/AR roles in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the hospitality/retail industry.
- Formal qualifications in accounting/bookkeeping is desirable (but not a dealbreaker)
- Someone who’s system savvy and have experience using NetSuite or a similar accounting software.
- Ideally you have experience using invoice imaging systems and POS systems (we use Redcat)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Someone who enjoys building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A team player and can pick up new systems/processes quickly
