One of the fastest growing, dynamic and well established National (and soon to be International) QSR, Food and Retail franchise organisations have built a strong reputation and culture for health and well-being, values, and a real family centric/work life balance focus as to how they operate. It is with this in mind they are now seeking the services of an experienced multi-site Area Manager with future leadership aspirations, a passion for food, and an ability to work with and build profitable businesses.
Reporting to the Co-Founder and Head of International Operations, you will be responsible for working with and managing assigned Corporate/Company Owned outlets within the Melbourne Metro region. You will lead and manage all facets within these multi-site operations which will include coaching and development of all staff members to achieve sales growth and profitability through the performance of the designated outlets, whilst maintaining the businesses compliance standards and code of conduct. Included within this will be truly CONSULTING with and VALUE ADDING in all facets of Store operations relating to their financials, compliance to franchise agreements, Training and Development, all State and Federal legislative compliance, Quality Control and Food Hygiene measures, together with other initiatives such as Local Area Marketing execution and assisting in People Development.
Ideally degree qualified, you MUST have experience as an Area Manager within a Multi-Site Retail Franchised operation, preferably but not limited to QSR, Food Operations or Hospitality with an appetite for leading and mentoring staff. You will have the ability to work across multiple outlets and a diverse range of Restaurant staff with the ability to consult and build their operations with strong commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills, together with a high level of compliance related company objectives and KPI’s. You will have a demonstrated track record and ability to build strong relationships that generate real business outcomes. Your ability to work under pressure, manage competing interests as well as meeting deadlines in a timely manner will ensure you are a strong contender for this exceptional opportunity.
