We are seeking an experienced Manager to join the team as a Cluster Manager in Training

With the business focus on growth and customer experience this is an exciting time to join the future of retailing and develop your career. You will be looking to step up into a multi-site role from your position as Store Manager.

You will receive mentoring and training from your Area and Regional Managers to develop your multi-site management skills however you will already have extensive store management experience.

**As a Cluster Manager in Training you will develop your career by**
- Proactively managing stores in all aspects of their success including sales growth, profitability and the teams working within them.
- Coach and develop Store Managers through training and mentoring
- Provide consistent check-ins, training plans, reviews and performance management
- Drive & manage the overall sales targets and KPI's within your Cluster
- Manage wage costs ensuring they are in-line with store budgets
- Manage your people through building strong connections and providing continuous coaching & development.
- Held a retail store management role?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a retail store manager role
- Experience in managing, developing + training a team
- Previously delivered sustainable financial + operational results
- The ability build strong relationships with all stakeholders (internal + external)
- Full Driver's license
- Passionate, positive & self-motivated team player
- Self-driven with high energy and a positive approach to achieving success
- Outdoor, Marine & 4WD experience desirable
