Location: Dandenong Victoria
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of civic compliance and environmental standards within the municipality, through the enforcement of legislative controls relating to land use, public health, Local Law activity, animal control, fire prevention, school crossing supervises, and on and public safety.
- To advise and assist members of the community and public regarding policies and legislation governing; litter and the environment, Council local laws, fire prevention, animal control, commercial use of public space, and matters of public safety.
- To assist with the coordination of the Council's School Crossing Supervisor service
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:
- Certificate IV in Local Government Compliance or equivalent
- Knowledge of local government act
- Satisfactory Police and Working with Children checks are required
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
