**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- To help in maintaining the computerized database within Building & Compliance Services team.
- To provide a level of customer service that consistently meets or exceeds our communities’ expectations.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking are essential in meeting legislative timeframes.
- Administration officer’s primary role is to the Building Services team with support provided to the Public Health & Planning Compliance teams as needed.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Working effectively within the multidisciplinary Building & Compliance Services teams, Building, Planning Compliance, Public Health, and related City Planning, Design & Amenity departments to provide good internal customer service / administrative support.
- An understanding of the relevant technology, procedures, and processes, and function of the role within Building Services including relevant policies, regulations, and precedents as well as an understanding of the goals of the unit and where appropriate an appreciation of how this contributes to the goals of the wider organization.
