**About the Role**

Reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our programs and services.
- Key Responsibilities include:_
- Sales & Business development - Identify potential clients and individual learners, formulate sales plans; Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor offerings
- Administration - Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates

**About You**

This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a great positive attitude.
- Education industry background preferred but is not essential
- Ideally about 2 years sales/ administration experience
- Positive attitude and ability to prioritise and work with constant changes
- Ability to speak Vietnamese would be highly regarded (due to business need)
- Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to our diverse learner’s community
- Strong cross-functional thinker ; Excellent time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Desire/commitment to work onsite, fulltime in the office
