**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about marketing and student recruitment? We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Melbourne Campus as a Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing relationships with education agents, driving sales campaigns, and promoting our courses to prospective international students. You will also be involved in key marketing initiatives, event management, and social media coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with education agents to achieve sales targets
- Establish agent networks onshore as well as in South America and Europe
- Drive new student enrollment through strategic sales campaigns
- Manage a network of Education Agents, promoting Brighton College's courses to prospective international students
- Assist in the preparation of marketing documentation and ensure marketing materials are compliant
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, expos, and career days
**Selection Criteria**:
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an RTO setting, including sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
- Experience in RTO with Hospitality, Aged Care & Community services courses (preferred)
- Proven ability to build rapport with prospective students and agents
- Experience working with multicultural audiences and non-native English speakers
- Knowledge of the ESOS Act, the National Code, and Student Visa regulations
- Self-starter with excellent organisational skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and social media platforms
Desirable:
- Business or Marketing degree
- Fluency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, and Portuguese
