About the Position

We looking for a result-focused high caliber Marketing and Student Recruitment officer with a positive track record in the same role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies and implement plans to recruit students at Niashi School of Management and Technology (NSMT) and meet student enrolment targets.
- Effectively manage a network of Education Agents within Australia and overseas to promote and sell programs to prospective international students.
- Ensure the marketing and recruitment operations are compliant and adhere to the legislative requirements.
- Communicating with Education & Migration Consultants and other Student recruitment channels.

The successful applicant should possess:

- Degree qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated Sales and /or Marketing experience in the International Education market
- Demonstrable industry connections and relationships
- Experience in the VET sector
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain national and international business relationships
- Excellent Computer skills and experience in general administrative duties

How to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $56,631.80 - $97,564.16 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
