Due to business growth, we are seeking a **highly-organised Accounts Receivable Officer **to join their small, specialised team. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your experience and **build a long term career** with this successful business, based in Alexandria and offering **Hybrid working**. **Your responsibilities will include**: - Managing account reconciliations - Managing ledger for majority debtors - Resolving account inquiries in a timely manor - Make payment allocations and collections of overdue accounts - Updating Accounts Receivable Forecast - Investigate and resolve all customer related queries on invoices - Accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system **Requirements**: - Previous experience from **accounts receivable or collections**: - Previous experience using **Oracle** is highly desirable - University Qualification in Accounting, business or commerce is preferred - **Intermediate Excel skills** (including Pivot Tables) - **Excellent communication** and team building skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines **The Benefits**: This is a company that prides themselves on their working environment.
