I am currently partnered with a Federal Government Agency who is seeking x10 APS4 Administration Officer's for their Geelong CBD office.

**Your new role**
- ASAP start | 12 months with the potential to extend
- Full time hours | Monday to Friday | 37.5hr work week
- Flexibility to work from home | 3 days in the office, 2 from home

As the APS4 Administration Officer, you will be providing administrative and operational support and will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders to the Young People in Aged Care Hospital Interface Branch.

Responsibilities will include:

- Researching and responding to general enquiries and analysing documents and data.
- Coordinating and preparing meeting minutes and papers.
- Supporting the drafting of written communications and managing documents and databases.
- Receiving, analysing and recording complaints and feedback.
- Organising travel and finance reconciliation.
- Participating in project management work as directed, supporting the delivery of work priorities.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS4 Administration Officer, you will need:

- IT proficiency including MS Office, especially Excel and MS Teams
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience in sectors such as disability, health care, aged care or case management work advantageous
