We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Administrator to work within our Property Management team. This is a truly varied role, with a blend of finance, property and operational management support, tenant liaison, customer service and general office administration duties.

**The opportunity**
- Maintain and update tenant compliance documents.
- Process tenant charges and manage lease maintenance.
- Resolve invoice disputes by coordinating with suppliers.
- Assist in onboarding new portfolio/assets for the transition team.
- Generate reports and support Property Manager inquiries, including handling phone calls.

**About you**:

- Previous administration experience with high level attention to detail
- Previous experience in Property Administration highly advantageous
- Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
