**The role**

As an Administration Officer, you will provide vital administrative support to our Queensland concrete business, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the construction materials industry and diversify your administrative skills. You will be provided with all relevant training in our systems to support you in being successful in this role.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Proven experience using MS Office, Excel, Word etc
- SAP experience highly advantageous
- Ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to work in a busy environment.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent and effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
