Clinic Administrator – Join Our Award-Winning Physio Team

Location: Warner & Narangba (North Brisbane)

Hours: Casual ~20 + hrs/week | Flexibility across Mon–Fri

Pay: Competitive hourly rate + super | Negotiable based on experience

Start Date: Immediate preferred

We're seeking an energetic and organised Clinic Administrator to support day-to-day operations at our busy physiotherapy clinics. If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety, and can juggle tasks with a smile, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome clients and manage bookings with warmth and efficiency
  • Answer phones, emails, and support basic NDIS workflows
  • Process payments and manage front-desk administration
  • Keep our clinic space clean, tidy, and client-ready
  • Assist clinicians with scanning, uploading, and basic invoicing
  • Occasionally support social media and clinic promotions

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident using Apple computers, email, and phone systems
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible availability (across mornings, afternoons, and evenings)
  • Ability to travel between Warner and Narangba if required
  • Previous admin or health receptionist experience preferred but not essential – we'll train the right person
