This is a great role for an experienced Administration Assistant looking to work in a varied role where you can display your organisational skills. You’ll support the site team and undertake a range of administrative functions. Travel to the Sunshine Coast during working hours may be required.

This role is situated in our Moreton Bay office. Part time hours suited for an individual who is looking for flexibility in their workplace.

**About the Role**:
You will be reporting to the Construction Manager, providing project related support:

- General administration support, including issuing purchase orders with site management
- Assist with report preparation and project variation administration.
- Compliance administration support (assisting with QA)
- Maintaining site records, electronic and hard copy files
- Input of data in various site registers

**About you**:
Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in an administration role within the construction industry or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills along with ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
- Hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
