**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing strategic and operational HR support and guidance to leaders and teams to deliver the People Strategy within specific business units
- Delivering a broad portfolio of People initiatives across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits and Org Transformation
- Driving and embedding change to improve P&C processes, enhance business performance and uplift capability
- Support in management of complex ER matters
- Ensuring API, Weshealth and CSC complies with all relevant legislation

**About You**:
- Developed capability in People Partnering with business leaders, managing multiple stakeholder/business client groups
- Prior experience in a fast-paced HRBP position ideally within Retail or FMCG business
- Experience in Award interpretation and Employee Relations advice
- Excellent commercial acumen, problem solving, relationship development and communication skills
- Experience in change oriented/transforming environments, with the associated ambiguity and flexibility requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and managing projects end to end
- Capacity to maintain high professional standards and have a bit of fun while doing it

**Education/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant discipline
