Our services include wholesale product delivery, retail services, marketing programs and business advisory services.

We currently have an opportunity for a People Operations Advisor to join our growing team. Working with the Manager of People Operations & Systems, this role will help establish and develop new processes and ways of working across the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve our People processes and be an advocate for change.
- Leverage technology to automate processes and provide a seamless Team Member Experience
- Collaborate and engage with the People & Capability Partners. Share knowledge, champion processes.
- Process and manage employee life cycle workflows within SuccessFactors.
- Manage team member records for retention and audit compliance with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Actively seek to understand queries and issues to support and provide best in class service to team members, managers and the People team.
- Work with a governance and compliance mindset, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

- Tertiary qualification in a HR, business, or related discipline (desirable).
- Experience as an HR Administrator/Generalist in a fast paced, large organisation.
- Experience using SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred.
- Understanding of employment arrangements and probity checks
- Ability to problem solve, recognise areas for improvement and optimise.
