Our Service team in NSW are seeking a Service Coordinator to join the fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring service requests are managed. You will be responsible for coordinating with the technicians to ensure service levels target are met, responsible for answering and dealing with customer queries ensuring no two days are the same.

Our company values the importance of our customer relationship and requires you to be able to build long-term relationships with our customers, be responsive to our customers’ needs and work effectively as a team to resolve challenges.

About you

We are seeking a customer-orientated team member that possesses the following attributes:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative coordinator role, ideally within the trades or construction industry
- Computer literacy skills and professional telephone etiquette
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and job data
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Customer satisfaction mindset
