**The Role**

Our Marine Services Operations team is expanding and seeking a Marine Coordinator to assist with our project requirements and focusing on maintaining excellence in delivering marine services to the Onlsow Iron Ore project.

This position will report directly to the Manager of Marine Standards. You will be based at our HQ office on Osborne Park, and you will have the ability with joining a great team culture with strong career pathway opportunities.

**Key deliverables**:

- Assist with the development and maintenance of marine and port related documents to ensure consistency in document control and document management.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory and internal audit requirements, terms of reference and action tracking.
- Ensure Minres Marine vendor interface and contract administration is kept at a high standard.
- General Marine Department administration and projects, including financial and operational KPI reporting and action tracking

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in a similar project role
- Relevant Marine industry experience with project coordination is highly desirable
- Understanding of Australian Maritime Safety Authority Act (AMSA) and or Onshore WHS act is highly desirable.
- Strong data, project management analytical skills
- Great attention to detail and be confident to be in the detail.
- A proactive approach with outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills
