**About the role**
Reporting directly in the Transformation Program Manager, you will be a key contributor in developing, managing and maintaining a PMO. You will own the PMO process method, framework, governance, roadmaps and artifacts.

Working collaboratively with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organisation, you will facilitate transparency, effective decision making and program delivery excellence through best practice end-to-end program planning, prioritisation and accurate ongoing monitoring.

This role is beyond schedule management and administration. You will be the Program Manager’s right-hand in the management, oversight, and delivery of multiple project streams in transition and restructuring activities end to end.

**What you'll do**
- Lead a team to assist in the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects, through the provision of strategic and operational support.
- Assist in the maintenance of stakeholder relationships through effective communication, particularly with key stakeholders, internal and external (including vendor management).
- Develop and implement program governance, resources, artifacts, change control and processes.
- Champion a delivery excellence culture by, fostering a one-team approach, full information transparency, decision-making at pace and teamwork.
- Assist in the management of program milestones and associated dependencies, and escalate risks and issues to ensure smooth resolution.

**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated experience within similar environments and a proven record delivering in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of program / PMO management practices, processes and governance
- A passion for social change and creating an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged.
